At Blue Lightning, we pride ourselves on being different. We look for young ladies with a good work ethic, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and most importantly, a great family. We will not invite a family into OUR family that will sow discord and create friction no matter the player's talent level. Winning is important to us but
At Blue Lightning, we pride ourselves on being different. We look for young ladies with a good work ethic, a positive attitude, a desire to learn, and most importantly, a great family. We will not invite a family into OUR family that will sow discord and create friction no matter the player's talent level. Winning is important to us but we will never sacrifice our integrity or the mental psyche of our girls to chase rings. If you are a ring chaser, this is not the place for you. If and when we claim a ring, we will do it with the girls on our original roster.
